Ollie trained at the Waterfront Theatre School in Cape Town, and has been acting for almost 20 years. His theatre includes the award winning Sylvia's Ball (world tour,) Verdi's Macbeth (The Royal Opera House,) The Wind in the Willows (Theatre Merchants) and numerous productions with The Globe Players.

He was nominated for 'Best actor in a family show' at the Edinburgh Festival 2015. 'Oliver Stephens, in particular, carries the piece. His physical energy and interaction with the audience engages from the get-go and there is a magnetism to watching him: he has that inherent charisma and likability.'
